Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The room was spacious and the WiFi connection was excellent, but the noise from outside was a bit bothersome at times. The service was a mix of excellent hospitality from staff like Amanda and some reluctance to fulfill requests. The location was convenient for our trip, although the cleanliness left something to be desired. The dining experience was nice with plenty of choices available. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with an excellent shower. However, the room size felt a bit compact and not the best value compared to similar chains. The service from the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, trying hard to rectify any issues. The location was excellent, just off the motorway but quiet, and in a convenient spot easily accessible from the A1. The dining experience was up to the usual standard, with a well-stocked buffet offering a good variety of hot and cold items. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room size concerns and some cleaning preferences.
The hotel rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, luckily they ended up as doubles, and we were prepared to share as we knew each other. The only downside was the noise that could be heard from the window.
